The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is helping how she can, and shared the graphic photo from Twitter onto her Instagram story, asking fans how she can get in contact with the protester.
The woman was reportedly hit in the face by the bullet while she was standing in the street filming during a George Floyd protest in Kentucky.
The pictures showed a part of her flesh missing from her forehead and her left eye swollen shut. Kim wrote: ‘This is heartbreaking and so disturbing.
