The KUWTK star walked out of her vehicle and headed inside of a hotel in New York. Her face was covered up as she wore a leather jacket and high heels.
The mask on her face also had layers of zippers on it. Kim's long black hair was tied up into a ponytail. Back in August, the TV star turned heads as she donned a black bondage suit during the Donda listening event at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
