5, and Kanye's current divorce attorney, Samantha Spector, asked to be off the case, TMZ reported. Samantha noted that she'd be willing to stay on for a few more days, but the judge allowed her to officially withdraw, effective immediately.
In her request, Samantha said her relationship with Kanye was irretrievably broken, but she didn't say why. Regardless, Kanye has now lost his fifth divorce lawyer.
TMZ said the judge made it clear that the case will go to trial in December if Ye doesn't submit his financial declarations.
