Kim Kardashian Accuses Kanye West Of ‘Emotional Distress’ With Social Media Posts

“I very much desire to be divorced,” Kim Kardashian says in a new set of court documents obtained by HollywoodLife.

Kim, 41, told the presiding judge that she asked Kanye West to keep their divorce private, but Ye, 44, “has not done so.” Kim accuses Ye of “putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private family matters and co-parenting on social media,” not to mention the constant harassing posts about her and “Skete” aka Kim’s boyfriend, Pete Davidson.

Kim says Ye’s IG attacks have created “emotional distress.” She also writes that “the Court terminating our marital status will help Kanye to accept that our marital relationship is over and to move forward on a better path which will assist us in peacefully co-parenting our children.

Kim also addresses one of Ye’s previous filings. Ye asked for Kim to give up any marital privileges with any future spouse pertaining to custody to their children – daughters North, 8, and Chicago, 4, and sons Saint, 6, and Psalm, 2.
