Footage emerged of the Scot in training on Wednesday, alongside his Gunners team-mates at the club's London Colney base. Tierney was involved in a one-touch Rondo, but was quickly closed down and had to think on his feet.
He managed to get himself out of trouble and retain possession, but took a second touch in the process, something that was noticed by his team-mates.
Gunners right-back Hector Bellerin pointed out that Tierney had taken a second touch, but he seemed happy for the defender to stay on the outer circle.
