The former married couple - who share 6-year-old son Jett and five-year-old daughter Bunny - finalised their divorce in February and things seem to still be bitter between the pair as Kieran has neglected to celebrate Katie on the special day for mums.
Instead he sent out a kind message to his new fiancée Michelle Penticost where he showered her with compliments and thanked her.
In the Instagram offering shared on Sunday, he typed: "Happy Mother’s Day to Michelle. The children don’t know how lucky they are to have you in their lives.
