Horrifying footage has emerged that shows a nine-year-old girl being kidnapped so her captor can allegedly carry out a sick sexual assault.

The disturbing video clip captures Luis Martinez-Romero running out of his SUV and grabbing the defenceless girl from behind as she walked home after getting off a school bus.

The CCTV footage obtained by WBZ-TV shows the 34-year-old, who was wearing a face mask, snatching the girl and carrying her back to his car.

He then speeds off with the girl following the abduction in Providence, Rhode Island. Police say he returned his victim back to the abduction spot an hour later.
