Some fans were convinced Kim Kardashian's sister has resulted to plastic surgery while others thought her new look could be down to Photoshop wizardry.
A week on, Khloe, 35, has now finally addressed surgery claims on Instagram. Poking fun at the rumours, the reality TV star said her unrecognisable looks were a result of her "weekly face transplant".
The comment came as the star shared a new photo with fans. This saw her pouting down the lens as she rocked a printed high-neck top and pulled back hairstyle.
