Khloe Kardashian left a comment on a fan Instagram account after that account reposted a blind item suggesting that Khloe might be back together with her ex, Tristan Thompson.

If you don’t know, Khloe and Tristan have a long history together, including sharing two kids. Tristan has been involved in several cheating scandals, with the most recent being in 2021 when he fathered another child while dating Khloe.
