Motherwell striker Kevin van Veen has praised manager Steven Hammell for his efforts at changing their identity to create a strong attacking team despite a tough run of results.

Hammell has had time to implement his own style of play at Fir Park this season - creating a more attacking philosophy compared to previous boss Graham Alexander which has been well received by the players.
