Kevin Spacey testified Thursday during his ongoing sexual assault trial in London. Spacey, 63, has pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual assault, indecent assault and causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.The charges stem from allegations involving four different men.
