Kevin Federline has released a statement through his attorney in response to ex-wife Britney Spears' bombshell testimony last week amid her conservatorship battle.Britney, 39, has expressed her desire for her conservatorship to end after 13-years of having much of her life controlled by her father Jamie Spears.And now Kevin has spoken out to show his support for the singer, saying that her health and happiness, as the mother of their two kids, comes first.'The best thing would be for their mom to be healthy and happy.
And if either of those things aren't true, it doesn't provide for the best setting for custody to be exercised,' Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said in a statement.
