An international teammate of Kevin De Bruyne has been tipped to join Manchester City. Charles De Ketelaere has been in fine form for his current side Club Brugge in the top tier of Belgium football.
The 20-year-old has scored 15 goals and claimed nine assists during his 36 appearances for the Belgian side. Despite his young age, De Ketelaere has already been capped four times by the national team and his stock is currently rising.
