In her weekly OK! column, Kerry Katona has expressed sympathy for former Spice Girl Geri Horner, whose marriage was recently in the headlines after her husband was accused of "inappropriate behaviour" at work. The Formula 1 Red Bull team principal, 50, was cleared of ‘coercive behaviour’ towards a female colleague, but following this a number of messages, allegedly sent between Christian and the unnamed woman were leaked, leading to further scrutiny of Christian and Red Bull as a whole.
Discussing this scandal in her column, Kerry wrote: "I’ve been reading about all this scandal with Christian Horner, and to be honest, I feel for Geri. "It’s never nice having your personal life laid out in the press, I know that better than anyone.
I haven’t seen the messages and we don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, but I’m not sure it needed to be so public." She continued: "People don’t like to see others happy for too long and always want to disturb the peace.
Hopefully, it can all blow over now that Christian has been cleared." But despite Kerry's hope for peace, it seems that the scandal will do anything but blow over despite Geri and Christian putting on a united front and sharing a kiss at the Bahrain Grand Prix.
