Kendrick Lamar‘s untitled comedy film is being pushed back to 2026 – find out more below.In early 2022, it was revealed that Kendrick Lamar would be producing a live-action comedy film in collaboration with the creators of South Park, Matt Stone and Trey Parker.

The following year, it was confirmed that besides producing, Parker would also direct the live-action movie.Ever since then, little information has been shared about the film, except that it would release on the Fourth of July this year.

That however, has changed. According to a Variety report, the film is now being delayed to to March 20 next year.While a reason for the delay has not been revealed, it is worth noting that Lamar will be out on tour from early July until August with SZA across Europe and the UK, and would likely be unable to attend to the film and promoting it during that time.

Prior to the UK/European run of dates, he will also be touring the US.Virtually no information about the film has been shared, including its title nor cast.
