Kelly Clarkson to Give Ex Brandon Blackstock 5 Percent of Their Contested Ranch

Kelly Clarkson and her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock have reached an agreement over their embattled Montana ranch.

People reports that according to new court documents, the “Stronger” performer will give the 45-year-old talent manager 5.12% percent of the property, which is equal to $908,800 of its $17,750,000 value. Click inside to read more… The filing also suggests that Brandon will not have any ownership interest in the property next to the ranch, which is owned by Kelly.

The Voice coach was awarded ownership of the ranch in October, but a month later it was reported that she had lost a legal battle to have her ex evicted from the property. Brandon has insisted that the ranch was “marital property” and said he was unable to purchase his own home, citing the unresolved financial aspect of their divorce. Kelly was declared legally single in September after filing for divorce from Brandon back in June 2020.
