Kelly Clarkson is facing a new lawsuit with some personal connections. The American Idol superstar is being sued by longtime management company Starstruck Management Group, run by Narvel Blackstock, the father of Brandon Blackstock, who is Kelly‘s ex-husband, Variety reported Tuesday (September 29). According to the complaint, Kelly has not paid the full commission this year for her work on The Voice and The Kelly Clarkson Show. “The company has represented Clarkson for the last 13 years, and was paid a 15% commission on her gross earnings.
