metro.co.ukis reportedly divorcing husband Brandon after almost six years of marriage. Kelly filed to end their marriage, earlier this month on 4 June, at a Los Angeles court and new reports allege the Since You’ve Been Gone hit-maker now wants the couple’s prenuptial agreement to be enforced.
She shares two children with Brandon – daughter River Rose, five, and son Remington Alexander, four – and The Blast reports Kelly is asking the court to order ‘joint legal and physical custody’.Kelly – who is said to be worth a cool $45million (£35.7m) – reportedly also wants the court to terminate her husband’s ability to seek spousal support as the couple agreed on a prenup back in 2013.
