Keller Fornes, Great American Family’s ‘County Rescue’ Star, Dies at 32

Lauren Coates Keller Fornes, star of the Great American Family Channel’s “County Rescue,” died on Dec. 19, 2024, in Eastland Texas, according to an obituary from Lacy Funeral Home.

He was 32. Great American Media confirmed his death in a statement posted on Instagram on Monday. “We at Great American Media are deeply saddened by the passing of Keller Fornes.

He was a special person and talent as an actor, writer, and director as well as a singer and musician,” the statement read. “His energy and enthusiasm lifted all he worked with here at Great American Media and the cast and crew of County Rescue.

Our prayers are with his family and all those he touched.” Fornes earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the University of North Texas before moving to Atlanta to pursue a career in film.
