Aberdeen keeper Kelle Roos knows he’ll be in the firing line against Rangers – having played with Tom Lawrence and trained with Sam Lammers.
He was team-mates with Lawrence for five years at Derby County before they both moved to Scotland last year. Lammers was a few years younger than Roos but they were at the PSV Eindhoven academy at the same time.
The forward turned pro with PSV before he moved to Atalanta then Ibrox last summer. The Dons No.1 said: “Sam was about seven and I was 13.
I remember him as a small kid. I played with Tom and Jack Butland at Derby a couple of times. There are a few players I know from back in the day.”Lawrence has just come back from serious injury to add to Rangers’ attacking options – and Roos knows he will be in the attacker’s sights.
