Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson (born October 25, 1984), known professionally as Katy Perry, is an American singer, songwriter, and television judge. After singing in church during her childhood, she pursued a career in gospel music as a teenager.

Perry signed with Red Hill Records and released her debut studio album Katy Hudson under her birth name in 2001, which was commercially unsuccessful. She moved to Los Angeles the following year to venture into secular music after Red Hill ceased operations and she subsequently began working with producers Glen Ballard, Dr. Luke, and Max Martin.

After adopting the stage name Katy Perry and being dropped by The Island Def Jam Music Group and Columbia Records, she signed a recording contract with Capitol Records in April 2007.

She lives in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. She is married to Canadian singer Justin Bieber.

Rita Sahatçiu Ora (born 26 November 1990) is an English singer, songwriter and actress. She rose to prominence in February 2012 when she featured on DJ Fresh's single "Hot Right Now", which reached number one in the UK. Her debut studio album, Ora, released in August 2012, debuted at number one in the United Kingdom. The album contained the UK number-one singles, "R.I.P." and "How We Do (Party)". Ora was the artist with the most number-one singles on the UK Singles Chart in 2012, with three singles reaching the top position.

Katy Perry & Lil Nas X to 'Shein Together' for Pandemic Relief Concert

Katy Perry and Lil Nas X are set to co-headline a global streaming event for COVID-19 relief.

The four-hour digital entertainment festival will be streamed via fast fashion e-retailer SHEIN’s free app on Saturday, May 9 at 1 p.m.

PT. Rita Ora and Doja Cat will also be performing. Other special guests will include Hailey Bieber, Yara Shahidi, Madelaine Petsch, Storm Reid and Tyler Cameron.

SHEIN will be donating $100,000 to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund, and viewers will also be able to donate through a link on the app or purchase a $10 #SHEINTogether t-shirt, with 100% of the proceeds going to the fund.
