She posted a collection of photos, including an adorable shot of her newborn wearing a grey baby grow with "Mummy and Me" printed across it, alongside a lengthy caption where she proudly exclaimed: "Am officially a Mummy!!!!" Katie also unveiled the unusual name she and Harry have chosen for their little one, Thaiga Dean, which is pronounced 'Tiger'.
