She is also mum to Jett, 7, and Bunny, 6 - who she shares with ex-husband Kieran Hayler - and Harvey, 18, who she shares with Dwight Yorke.
The 43-year-old wants to have a child with fiancé Carl Woods but another caesarean is considered a health risk. Speaking to Australian news channel Studio 10, she said: "I've decided (to have more kids) as they get older, and they leave the house, you know I'm so nurturing. "But because I've had four caesareans, they only recommend three.
