Katie Price's dreams of expanding her brood could be 'complicated' due to her history with cosmetic surgery, a fertility expert has warned.The 46 year old has reportedly considered using a surrogate for her next child after allegedly travelling to Cyprus with boyfriend JJ Slater to explore her options.

However, even this route could pose potential complications for Katie due to her numerous cosmetic surgeries. Fertility expert Patrick McClure told Closer magazine: "Considering the strain that the body goes through with IVF, being in a relatively healthy state can help ensure maximum chances of success while minimising complications.

In the case of Katie Price, who has undergone several cosmetic surgeries in a very short time, this becomes complicated." He suggested that Katie's chances of undergoing IVF and using a surrogate aren't entirely off the table.
