Katie Price is gearing up for yet another cosmetic surgery, this time opting for a breast reduction.The 46-year-old former glamour model and mother-of-five, who has famously made a name for herself with her voluptuous chest, has decided that her current double H cup size is just too much to handle.

Katie, who has seen her breast size change over the years due to multiple surgeries, revealed her decision on the Louis Theroux podcast.

She shared with Louis: "They're going smaller in two weeks: they're too big. It's terrible, isn't it." The reality star also opened up about her body image struggles, pondering if there might be a deeper mental health issue at play.

Katie reflected: "I always said I haven't got body dysmorphia, but there's definitely something, I don't know what it is... I've never looked in the mirror and thought I'm pretty or whatever".
