Katie, 44, has been flaunting the results of the latest op, which she underwent in Belgium last year, on her current break to Thailand with her youngest children.
We previously reported Katie is now a double H cup size and she told fans her boobs are so big that she has to have her bikinis custom made.
Katie said she also asks the designer to make matching bikinis for her two daughters, so that when they are all on holiday together, they can sport the same outfit.Speaking to OK!
