The former glamour model posted a story to her Instagram account showing fans what her lips looked like before she underwent the treatment, followed by filming the process of her lips actually being injected.

3D lips. Love it!” She went on to explain: “I've put so much numbing cream on I think they'll just droop down cause I don't like needles.” Following the procedure, Katie shared another video where she told her followers: “I love them” and then blew a kiss to the camera and exclaimed: “Luxurious lips”.
