Katie Price is reportedly planning her “most extreme surgery ever” in the hopes of shrinking her waistline.The reality star, 43, has only recently undergone a brow lift but is reportedly eyeing up her next surgery which could end up being her most extreme yet.

Katie is apparently wanting to get “a rib removed to create a svelte waist”, however the former glamour model has received warnings from cosmetic surgeons over the unusual and complicated procedure.

A source told Closer magazine that Katie “misses her old physique and womanly curves”, which is why she is considering the drastic procedure.
