The former glamour model, 42, was filming a reality show in 2018 when she was subjected to the horrifying ordeal. The mum-of-five says the life-changing incident left her in need of therapy for trauma.
Sharing what she went through on podcast Changes with Annie Macmanus, she said: "We were out in South Africa [...] with ITV.
We had no security." Katie and the crew pulled over to the side of the road in their car and were approached by a group of men.
