In a preview for today's Steph's Packed Lunch, the 42-year-old mum of five speaks to 66-year-old Amy on the phone and begs her to turn the oxygen up while her mum coughs and gasps for breath.
After speaking to a mindset coach, Katie rings her mum on camera and tells her: "My mum's pretty strong, she's accepted it, but she's not one of these people who will dwell on it even though I know it's on your mind.
