Sources say the baby making break was so hush hush even Katie's agent wasn't aware she was away. Katie, 42, has made no secret of her desire to start a family with new fiance Carl, 31, and has started looking into IVF to assess all her options.
She has said the pair are trying for Carl's first baby - and Katie's sixth - so a relaxing couples break could be the perfect ingredient for the couple.
