The former glamour model, 42, and her fiancé Carl Woods, 32, are currently enjoying a break in the sunshine, which they took as soon as travel restrictions lifted.
And Katie, who has been open about wanting to have another child, has reportedly told pals that she will name the little one 'Lisbon' if she falls pregnant on the holiday.
She is said to be hoping she will still be able to conceive a child naturally, and after her sister Sophie Price gave birth recently, she's more broody than ever.
