Despite her piercings, filler injections and countless tattoos, Katie Price actually can't stand needles. The former glamour model, 42, virtually took fans around with her on her day off, which included her having to get a vitamin B12 shot.

In her latest YouTube video, Katie said the shot is perfect for those who want to boost their energy. She admitted that the last few days with Harvey being holed up in hospital have made her more or less "drained".

Telling fans what the jab was for, she explained: "I'm so knackered that someone recommended me to have some kind of vitamin injection - I think it's a B12 or something." She added: "There's just one problem...if you know me well enough, you know what the problem is.
