The 42-year-old former glamour model had ventured into the capital to take Harvey, 18, to a hospital check-up at Great Ormond Street hospital.
In the snaps, Katie and her cohort were seen stepping out of a vehicle before heading into their appointment. Katie donned a white hoodie as she walked alongside her teenage son as well as boyfriend Carl.
In some of the pictures, Katie was seen with a face mask below her chin before putting it on in others. The mum of five's partner also cut a casual figure as he supported the duo to the hospital visit.
