The former glamour model underwent a Brazilian bum enhancement along with lifts on her lips and eyes, as well as full-body liposuction.
She flew to Turkey to have it and it left the star worrying that fiancé Carl Woods, 31, would leave her - and well as fearing for her life.
Katie says the surgery left her looking like a 'monster' and had grave concerns at one point during her hospital stay. She described the pain as horrific but says she could do it all again in five years time if she feels she needs it.
