Katie Price court decision in full - as bankrupt star tells judge 'I do'

Katie Price was due to face questions over her finances from barristers in a specialist bankruptcy court on Tuesday in a 'public examination' hearing, however the hearing was adjourned by a judge after her lawyers asked for her to attend a ‘private interview’ with barristers representing the trustee of her bankruptcies.

Bertie Beor-Roberts, for Katie, said: "We are asking the court to adjourn the examination generally.The general purpose is to permit Price to attend a private interview with the trustee and then to continue to engage constructively." The adjournment was agreed by judge Chief Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Nicholas Briggs who asked Katie if she would give an undertaking to the court that she would attend the private interview for a months time, on September 27.

Katie then replied: "I do." The star wore an all black outfit along with big black sunglasses as she arrived at the Rolls Building in London, showing off the results of her £10k facelift which she had done whilst in Turkey earlier this month.

Upon arriving back to the UK from Turkey earlier this month, Katie was arrested at Heathrow airport after she failed to attend a previous hearing.The former glamour model attended a hearing at a specialist bankruptcy court via video link on August 9, where she arrived wearing a headband and sunglasses following her surgery.
