Katie Price must attend a further hearing in relation to her bankruptcies later this month with "no ifs or buts, no going abroad, no holidays," a judge has said. The mum-of-five, 46, appeared in front of a judge at the Royal Courts of Justice today, just hours after she was arrested at an airport in London last night. The TV star was arrested at Heathrow Airport for failing to appear at court following her latest jaunt abroad, and the 46-year-old was initially remanded in custody at a West London police station.

She was then bailed by an out-of-hours magistrate on Thursday evening. She had expressed worries that any arrest would be “extremely disturbing” for her son Harvey, who was travelling with her, to witness.

During the hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice today, Katie told the judge she "can’t hear properly or see much" and revealed she had no legal representation due to her money woes.

The judge told the star "this is a serious matter" as he read the conditions of her being released from custody and set a new date for her next appearance in court.
