Katie Price has confused her Instagram followers as she took to the platform on Saturday night to share a snap cradling a newborn baby, writing: "Evening cuddles with my boy".The picture, which comes days after she posted about baby twins, has many wondering whose baby it is.The glamour model and mother-of-five, 46, has been open about her desire for more children and is even set to star in a documentary about her journey with IVF.

While some are trying to work out whether Katie has welcomed twins of her own, others are convinced the babies she has been posting are reborn dolls - dolls which look like real-life children.

In the new picture, Katie donned a black jumper and held the baby - who was clad in a blue babygrow and matching beanie - close to her chest.

Following Katie's Instagram post of the baby twins, a source told OK! that the children could be dolls. “Katie is living out her fantasy," they said. "She has always been bordering on obsessed about babies and having children, so her posting a photo with two ‘babies’ isn’t a surprise to anyone around her, she’s always said she loves having babies around.
