Reality star Katie Price has confirmed she is single as she has split from her partner Carl Woods just one day after the tragic death of her dog.The star took to her Instagram to show off her shorter hair transformation in the wake of her recent struggles.

Explaining the reasons behind the transformation, Katie said: “Extensions out ready for new transformation. Literally had so much s**t thrown at me and being single now.” She continued: “And now dealing with the suspicions my dog had been killed deliberately, so being investigated.

I need a massive change and move in my life.” The on/off couple were last pictured together when they went out for a family meal for Katie’s birthday in Brighton at the end of May.

However, rumours were sparked that the duo had split after Carl failed to wish Katie a happy birthday on social media.The mum of five shared a selection of birthday messages that she had received on social media including messages from her two oldest children Princess and Junior.
