Katie Price has opened up on how she's been going through a difficult period recently, as she said she's been "dealing with suspicions" that her beloved dog was "killed deliberately".The 45 year old reality star recently lost her longtime pooch Blade, a black Alsatian, who appeared with her on the TV series Katie Price's Mucky Mansion in recent months.

As well as running around the house during her DIY projects with the other animals, Katie was often seen shouting Blade's name in order to tell him to calm down and stop barking, so fans were gutted to hear the pup passed away in her post yesterday (Monday 5 June).

Sharing a new snap of herself since the news, the mum-of-five, who also revealed she is now single again and has split up with her on-off fiancé Carl Woods for good, shared her determination to move forward.The star explained she was excited to undergo a hair transformation in the wake of her recent struggles, as she showed off her new shorter look.

Taking a selfie with her brunette locks styled around her shoulders and a face full of makeup, Katie told her followers: "Extensions out ready for new transformation.
