Katie Price avoids bankruptcy court hearing for fifth time after Thailand holiday

Katie Price has avoided her bankruptcy court hearing for a fifth time, after jetting back from Thailand where she enjoyed an extended break with some of her children and on-off boyfriend, Carl Woods.The glamour model and mum of five, 44, had been due to attend a hearing over her £3.2m debt repayment at the Royal Courts of Justice today, but it has been pushed back once again, to 7 July this year.

Katie was declared bankrupt for the third time in November 2019 after failing to repay a debt of £3.2 million. The hearing was originally supposed to take place in June 2022, but was postponed until February of this year.

Katie was supposed to face bankruptcy court in London on 14 February 2023, where the hearing would assess her efforts to pay back her debt owed to her creditors of her company Jordan Trading Ltd.

However, that was then "vacated" and moved to 12 April, before being pushed back again to 7 July. Katie previously agreed to pay £12,000 per month to creditors of the firm through an individual voluntary arrangement, but these creditors are claiming that she has not been adhering to this.
