Katie Price is set to ignite a parenting stand off with ex husband Peter Andre over their daughter Princess's 16th birthday plans.The teenager is said to be stuck in the middle of the two parents "at war" as they each try to outdo the other with a lavish event to mark Princess's birthday at the end of June, writes The Mirror.Both Katie and Peter revealed grand and expensive celebrations to mark their eldest daughter's 16th birthday, with both reportedly seeing the birthday as "a competition" to have the most memorable bash.Katie and Peter share Princess and son Junior from their marriage, which ended in 2009.

Peter is said to be planning prom inspired event at his home with caterers, DJs and a huge marquee to host the birthday girl and all of her friends.

And Katie is thought to be considering a huge funfair complete with rides and games inspired by the movie 'Grease', which she will hold at her Mucky Mansion.A source revealed to The Sun: "Katie and Peter are in competition over who can host the most extravagant night to remember for their little girl.
