The former glamour model, 42, has been getting about on an electric scooter after she suffered horrific injuries to both her heels after taking a tumble at a Theme Park in Turkey during her most recent holiday.
And to show just how much she adores her former Love Island star beau she has incorporated his name onto the license plate attached to the mobility scooter.
Katie unveiled the special gesture on her Instagram page on Thursday evening by posting a snap of herself beaming as she sat on her scooter alongside Carl's Mercedes car.
