Harvey, who has autism, Prader-Willi syndrome, septo-optic dysplasia and a learning disability, began the challenge last month during Mencap’s Learning Disability Week and completed it last week as he eventually drew the 21.3 metre-long picture of his favourite train – a Thameslink engine and carriages. She hasn't since shied away from showing herself in recovery with various appearances on social media. But she has now opened up on her decision to go under the knife for another nose job as she admitted that there was "nothing wrong" with her nose before.
