The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, Prince Edward and Sophie, were also spotted at the event. Kate wore a white polka dotted dress that paid homage to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, who wore a similar dress and shoes to the Royal Ascot in 1988.
