Kate Middleton showed off her sporty side as she took part in a rugby training session today, Wednesday, as part of her new role as Patron of the Rugby Football League and the Rugby Football Union.The Duchess of Cambridge met players from the England men’s and women’s rugby squads as they prepare for the upcoming Six Nations championships.
Mum-of-three Kate wore the England Rugby team tracksuit and had her hair tied up in a ponytail as she took to the pitch at Twickenham Stadium for a rugby session run by Head England Coach, Eddie Jones.
Kate, 40, was seeing confidently running with the ball, as well as taking part in a scrum and cheering when she scored a try.The athletic royal was also seen being lifted up as she went to catch the ball in a lineout.
