Before she married into the Royal Family, the Princess of Wales undertook a degree in History of Art at the University of St Andrew's and has since spoken out many times about her passion for the subject.

Kate is also the Patron to several iconic museums and galleries, including the Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum and the National Portrait Gallery.

Information on how the Princess makes sure she keeps her artistic passions alive in her private life was revealed in journalist Tina Brown's book The Palace Papers: Inside The House of Windsor - The Truth and the Turmoil.
