The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, is said to be missing support of one key royal amid her cancer recovery, according to former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond.
Jennie, who has spent years with the royals, has said that she thinks the late Princess Diana would have befriended Catherine from the start. “I find it almost impossible to imagine the Princess I knew as a 63 year old woman,” she said. “I think she would have befriended Catherine from the start and would have given her the guidance about royal life that she herself felt had been so lacking.” Kate, bravely shared her cancer diagnosis and ongoing chemotherapy treatment earlier this year.
When sharing the news with the public via a video posted online, Kate asked for understanding and privacy during her treatment.
She also openly expressed that the diagnosis was a massive shock, and she and William "have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family".
