The 40-year-old royal took part in a rugby training session in London, England on Wednesday (February 2) at Twickenham Stadium.
Some of the members of the team hoisted the Duchess high in the air where she caught and then threw the ball to another member.
The Duchess was seen showing off her athletic side all morning running, throwing, and kicking with the rest of the team. If you don’t know, it was announced today that the Duchess is now the Patron of the Rugby Football Union.
