The 40-year-old Princess of Wales appeared to have blonde highlights in her hair while greeting well-wishers outside of Windsor Castle on Saturday afternoon (September 10) in Windsor, England. Kate joined her husband Prince William, brother-in-law Prince Harry, and sister-in-law Meghan Markle while making a joint appearance following the death of Queen Elizabeth.
